The sixth workshop for FAST TRACK YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESS – Effective Strategies for Growth will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce.
This workshop will be facilitated by BancorpSouth which will cover Financial Management – Understanding this Critical Practice. Financial Management is key to the success of any business and makes this workshop very important to any person who owns a business or thinking of starting a business.
Financial management is the way you know if you are making a profit. Financial management helps you decide what you can afford in terms of store or office location, inventory purchases, employees, and equipment. You need sound financial information to set your prices and select your vendors. Financial management gives you the tools to plan for overall business growth, for diversification of your product lines, or for reaching new markets. Financial management helps you decide which products, services, and markets are profitable. During this session, BancorpSouth will explain all of the aspects relating to financial management so you will be able to apply financial management practices, rules, and tools most relevant for your business.
